I purchased mine earlier this year at Newbury Comics in Boston, as an import. There were a couple of other copies of it as well, though I haven't looked recently. What is the point of taking a cd or book permanently out of print, anyway? Especially now with computers it doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to keep a master copy on file and just do a limited run of it every couple of years. It feels like a kind of censorship. I bought it shortly after catching his show on the AAMB tour. Of course, I got it on vinyl (d'oh!), since I still did not have a CD player on time. Sadly, that version is missing "May the Cube Be With You." So I really should pick up that import, which CDnow does currently offer. However, I believe it is no longer available in Canada so it is more likely the present situation with the US version. I don't know if that helps. - --Omega - ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- omega@torfree.net Evangelion * Fushigi Yuugi * Maison Ikkoku * Marmalade Boy Brother, Dear Brother * Red Riding Hood Cha Cha * Oh My Goddess! I agree about the irony.. I actually purchased my copy of AAMB in Milano when I used to live there in 1991 or so.. I also got one in a store in Los Angeles once a few years ago.. and I've only done a rapid check in some local stores in Fort Lauderdale so far.. I haven't had time to do more.. but I shall soon!
