Probably only when the "Six of One" convention is being held there, if at all. It'd be difficult to ride one there anyway, as most of the site is on a hill side, and a penny-farthing is tricky to ride on the flat. >I figured all of us probably couldn't really get together in England for a >single dinner, given the different cities and all (though it WOULD be cool!) but if we were to run into each other, it would probably >be a little awkward - but it wouldn't really bother me that much - I'm never >the most graceful creature on God's earth to begin with! I'm not a great one for frequenting pubs or clubs either, but if I do, I prefer them to be quiet and not too busy, so I can have a relaxed chat with my friends, and not to have to shout to be heard. Sorry for the delay in replying. Things are far too hectic here. I have a very dear friend who is fond of that somewhat bizarre kiddie show "Bananas In Pajamas." I myself have never seen it, but my friend (who shall remain nameless because he is an Alloy-ite) has sung the theme song to me on a couple of occasions. Said friend just sent me a message guiding me to a web page far away, and, just moments ago, through the wonders of Beatnik, I have heard the *REAL* "Bananas In Pajamas" theme song on a site out of Australia. Truly, we are a global village. I still think the concept of "Bananas In Pajamas" makes for pretty weird kiddie viewing, but the sound quality on the cheeseball theme was great. Kudos to the fine people of Headspace for broadening my world view. Hoping that no one sonifies the "Barney" theme song, Melissa ------------------------------ End of alloy-digest V2 #164 ***************************
