Subject: Alloy: Howard the Duck!

So I come home after a long night of cutting meat, read my e-mail and 
some USENET, take a nap, and what should I end up seeing on the tube?  
Howard the Duck!  YES!  Oh No!  It's the END of the movie.  Like 
only-5-minutes-left type end.  I've missed my chance to see TMDR as a 
bartender.  Oh well.

I saw the movie at the theater, and haven't had a chance to see it since 
then...and I wasn't a TMDR fan at the time anyway.  But, just in case 
anyone stateside is interested, I caught the movie on TNT.  It was on the 
Joe Bob Briggs show, and they usually repeat the show sometime during the 
month.  I'll keep an eye peeled in the listings for everyone.

The funny thing was, Joe Bob decided he'd make a wisecrack about how the 
soundtrack album still sells well at some of the record stores in 
Greenwich Village...  If only he knew there were a bunch of people on 
this list who wouldn't mind having it...or maybe he DID know.
